BUT IS IT ART?
``Three Horizontals,'' a 1998 sculpture by Parisian painter and sculptor Louise Bourgeois, is shown as part of her new exhibition at the Centre Pompidou in Paris on Tuesday. The Bourgeois retrospective has more than 200 paintings, sculptures, designs and engravings created between 1938 and last year, including some never before seen in Europe.
