HALLOWEEN HAZARDS
A girl yesterday holds up Halloween costumes at a press conference held by the Consumer Foundation in Taipei. It found that half of the products did not have comprehensive labeling, and it also cautioned parents that small accessories and ornaments could pose a choking hazard to children.
