An Acehnese man, assisted by his friend, carries his injured daughter to higher ground through a flooded street only moments after the tsunami struck in the provincial capital of Banda Aceh, Aceh province, Indonesia on Dec. 26. The disaster killed more than 150,000 in the region. The photographer lost his camera in the tsunami. Two days ago someone found it and returned it to him.Jan 16, 2005
