Victoria Kemp, a Hong Kong-based veterinarian, sits on the sofa in her living-room with Sally while Harry relaxes on the carpet in Kemp's apartment in Hong Kong, Thursday. Sally and Harry, two Labradors belonging to Kemp and her husband , are currently recovering from a severe poisoning they incurred three days ago. Harry and Sally are two of more than 200 dogs who have been sickened, dozens of them fatally, after eating poisoned meat dropped in a popular jogging area by a mystery attacker in a case that's stumped authorities since 1989, when the first poisoning occurred. Police have had no suspects, and say they're not even sure whether one person is doing it or several.Jun 06, 2004
