Bundle of joy
Twenty-day-old Riad Ahmad is held by his mother Karima Burhan in the maternity ward of the Child Center Hospital in Baghdad yesterday. Following 12-years of UN sanctions, hospitals in Iraq have struggled with maintaining certain standards due to lack of equipment, medicine, electricity and water.
