Rice told reporters in Baghdad on Sunday that she hoped the talks in Bahrain would provide a “real clear look at what is really going on” in Iraq after the Baghdad government took on Shiite militias allegedly armed by Iran.
“I think adjustments are going to have to be made in the way Iraq’s neighbors think about it,” Rice said.
She said the Shiite-led government in Baghdad is now behaving in “a non-sectarian fashion.”
