Prime Minister Tony Blair has been voted the most unpopular person in Britain -- followed by a topless model and the nation's first female premier Margaret Thatcher.
The vote, conducted by Channel 4 television and aired Saturday, saw the prime minister top the list of the "100 Worst Britons."
Some 100,000 people voted on the channel's Web site, choosing from a suggested shortlist of living Britons or submitting their own choices.
Viewers were not asked to state their reasons, although strong anti-war sentiment in the run up to the Iraq conflict may have contributed greatly to the Blair vote.
Politicians, royalty, entertainers, singers and actors -- and even the fictional boy wizard Harry Potter in 35th place -- all featured in the list, which did not offer a breakdown of the number of votes for each person.
Queen Elizabeth II was well ahead of other royals in the poll, coming in at number 10. Prince Charles was 24th, Prince Edward was 40th, followed by his wife Sophie in 63rd place.
Singers Cliff Richard, Elton John, Ozzy Osbourne and Mick Jagger were ranked 29th, 55th, 58th, and 83rd respectively.
