Crime: Police make Ecstasy arrest

STAFF WRITER, WITH AGENCIES

Taipei City Police Headquarters' Sungshan Precinct yesterday arrested Lee Feng-wen (李豐文) after they found him to be in possession of 3,900 Ecstasy pills. The police allege Lee, 33, has been selling Ecstasy to local users or other dealers in Taipei City over the past six months. The police followed Lee as he drove back to his Fengyuan City, Taichung County, residence last night as they believed he had a large number of Ecstasy pills in his trunk. Once he reached his apartment, police searched Lee's vehicle and found the 3,900 pills in his trunk. Police said that Lee admitted he was an Ecstasy dealer. Lee was transferred to the Taichung District Prosecutors' Office for further investigation yesterday.
