AIT announces visa changes

Applicants for US visas should heed the latest change in services offered by the American Institute in Taiwan, AIT said yesterday. The institute's travel services section announced yesterday that it has changed its courier service provider for passport delivery to Chao Fong Courier Express (超峰速件運送股份有限公司). The change will go into effect around Aug. 19, the AIT press release said. Between now and Aug. 19, visa applicants or their authorized representatives must go to AIT in person to pick up their travel documents after their visas are issued. The courier service for passport delivery should resume by Aug. 19, the press release said.
