A Cambodian court has charged a Taiwanese woman with trying to smuggle nearly 2kg of opium through Phnom Penh's international airport, police and court officials said yesterday. Huang Feng-mei, 42, was arrested at the airport last Wednesday as she was about to board a flight to Taipei with 1.9kg of opium -- worth about US$30,000 -- strapped to her body, police said. Prosecutor Sok Roeun said the woman would be charged with drug trafficking and could face more than 10 years in jail if found guilty.
