Health officials have announced plans for a “home” H1N1 vaccination service in a bid to boost the inoculation rate, which has dropped to new lows because of concerns over the safety of the locally made vaccine.

Groups of at least 10 people from companies, institutions or communities can make a reservation with local health authorities from today through Friday to receive the shots, Centers for Disease Control Deputy Director Shih Wen-yi (施文儀) said.

The special innoculation drive will end on Feb. 12.
