EYE IN THE SKY
A contestant in a creative competition held by ORBIS Taiwan, a branch of ORBIS International, a non-profit organization whose mission is to eliminate avoidable blindness, yesterday displays his work consisting of a pair of glasses behind a flying eyeball.
