THAT'S THE SPIRIT
Tens of thousands of Kaohsiung residents gather in the shape of a giant Christmas tree in the city yesterday evening. Led by Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chu along the city's Zhongshan Road and Time Avenue, participants on roller skates, bicycles and on foot held up glowsticks, mobile phones, flashlights, light emitting diodes or anything else that glowed to create a brilliant Christmas tree.
