Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chi-mai, center, shakes hands yesterday with a taxi driver from the Taiwan Wireless Taxi fleet, which has joined in an anti-crime initiative. Chen said taxi drivers would be eligible for an award of NT$60,000 for reporting information that leads to an arrest.
