Good Fortune, Thai Style

Hundreds of foreign laborers yesterday enjoy the Loy Krathong, or Thailand's water light festival, sponsored by Taipei City's Department of Labor in the 228 Peace Park in Taipei. The festival is believed to bring good fortune and avoid disaster.Nov 22, 2004
