Labor Scuffle
Workers of the Continental Carbon Company, partly owned by Taiwan Cement, a part of the Koo's Group, a representative of the Paper, Allied-Industrial, Chemical and Energy Workers International Union and a representative of the American Indian people of Ponca City, Oklahoma, scuffle with police outside the Taiwan Cement Building today, the fourth day of a demonstration related to compensation and environmental pollution issues that began three years ago.
