Family dilemma
A drunken man, a resident of the sealed-off Huachang Public Housing Complex in Wanhua District, lies unconscious on Tali Street yesterday as his two little granddaughters look on and a medical worker walks in the background. The complex was quarantined following reports that three residents had symptoms of SARS, including an elderly man who died.
