Daniel Wu ( Wu said the rain is expected to get heavier this evening. He said that it is difficult to predict where the most rain would fall because weather systems change quickly in the spring. Chang Shun-chin (±i¶¶´Ü), an environmental monitoring technician for the Environmental Protection Administration, said that as of noon yesterday, the air was graded as "polluted" or "nearly polluted" all over the nation.
