Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman Michel Lu (呂慶龍) yesterday said that the ministry was discussing with other governmental departments to see how to carry out the UN resolution that imposed an embargo on North Korea in response to its nuclear test. When asked whether the ministry would issue a travel advisory for people planning to visit North Korea, Lu said that the ministry was still discussing the issue and would issue any travel warnings on its Web site as soon as a decision is made.
