The photograph on the front page of the `Taipei Times' on Monday, Nov. 7, carried an incorrect caption and byline. The photo was in fact taken by Chen Chi-Di (³¯±Ò}) and was the winning entry in the Daily Life category of the Healthy Taiwan Professional Photographic Competition sponsored by the Government Information Office. The photo was not taken in Changhua County as indicated. `Taipei Times' regrets the error.
