US helps develop Taiwan's world health strategy

Meanwhile, legislation strongly backing Taiwan's case and urging the administration to find a way to get Taiwan seated as an observer at the WHA remains stalled in the House International Relations Committee. Both the House and Senate have passed similar, but different bills.

The Senate bill, which was passed after the House acted, was sent to the House committee to rectify the differences.
