Caucus co-chairman Robert Wexler praised Taiwan's support for the war against terrorism.
"Taiwan, our democratic ally and friend, has stood firmly with America" in the war, he said.
The delegation arrived just one month after 32-member group of DPP and TSU legislators visited Washington for meetings that focused on security concerns and arms sales in the wake of two official US reports, including one from the Pentagon, that warned of China's military threat to Taiwan.
