The nation's most infamous debt collector clashed with the nation's most famous dog activist outside the Presidential Office yesterday over the alleged non-payment of a NT$1 million debt.

The fight began as Ko was staging a protest against the nation's judicial system.
The dog activist had planned to let loose a box of rats in front of the Presidential Office as a part of his protest.
Tung, who runs a debt-collection agency notorious for its unusual tactics, followed Ko to the Presidential Office to demand repayment of NT$1 million to his client.
The two then began cursing and shouting at each other on the street. Police were called to the scene. They arrested Ko on animal abuse charges and for disturbing the public order. But Tung followed Ko to the police station, calling him a hoodlum.
The debt-collector also said that he would gather evidence to prove Ko's wrongdoing and would file a lawsuit.

His company reportedly attempted to collect the debt about six months ago but Ko allegedly refused to pay.
Tung also said he would send 300 of his employees to "send their greetings" to Ko at the Grand Hyatt Taipei, where Ko lives, if he doesn't pay his debt soon.
Tung in the past has hired people who are HIV positive to give hugs to debtors in an effort to collect outstanding debts.
