Kelly Slater of the US slashes a wave at Snapper Rocks on Australia's Gold Coast yesterday. Slater posted one perfect 10 point ride along with a near perfect 9.83, amassing a heat tally of 19.83 in his demolition of 18-year-old Australian wild card Julian Wilson.
