The Uzbekistan team of Marina Aganina and Artyem Knazev took the gold medal in the pairs competition at the Taipei Arena on Sunday. Sung Mi-yang and Jong Yong-hyok of North Korea were second and Darryl and Amanda Yang took third for Taiwan.
