Steve Valiquette recorded his second straight shutout of the Philadelphia Flyers to give the New York Rangers a 2-0 win in the NHL on Saturday.
Valiquette made 31 saves for only his second career shutout and bother were against the Flyers.
The Rangers have dominated the Flyers in Philadelphia, winning 11 of their past 12 there.

In Pittsburgh, Evgeni Malkin scored two goals and set up another as Pittsburgh downed Los Angeles.
The Penguins won successive games for the first time since captain Sidney Crosby's injury and reclaimed leadership of the Atlantic Division.
Malkin's fourth consecutive multipoint game gave him 69 points for the season, four behind NHL leader Alex Ovechkin of Washington.
Maple Leafs 3, Red Wings 2, OT
In Toronto, Nik Antropov deflected in the winner 62 seconds into overtime to lift Toronto over Detroit.
Leafs captain Mats Sundin tied the game at 2-2 in the third period to set up the win for Toronto, which has an NHL-leading nine overtime losses this season.
It was Toronto's fifth afternoon home game in 12 years, and the Maple Leafs won them all.
Wild 4, Islanders 3, OT
In St. Paul, Minnesota, Brent Burns scored 2:34 into overtime to lift Minnesota and send New York to its seventh straight loss.
The Wild was outshot 29-18 and trailed 3-2 with 4:05 left before rallying.
Minnesota moved back to the top of the Northwest Division.
Senators 6, Canadiens 1
In Ottawa, Jason Spezza scored three goals and a career-high six points as Ottawa downed the Canadiens.
Ottawa's top line combined for 15 points, extending the Senators' lead over the Canadiens in the Northeast Division to five points.
Devils 6, Hurricanes 1
In Newark, New Jersey, Paul Martin scored two goals in an NHL game for the first time, pacing New Jersey's rout of Carolina.
The Devils responded to successive losses to remain a point off the lead of the Atlantic Division, winning for only the fourth time in 10 home games.
Panthers 6, Bruins 3
In Boston, Olli Jokinen and David Booth scored 14 seconds apart in the second period as Florida beat Boston.
Richard Zednik had two goals for the Panthers, who won for the fourth time in five games to remain a point off the Southeast Division lead.
Thrashers 2, Lightning 1, OT
In Atlanta, Alexei Zhitnik scored 1:26 into overtime as Atlanta rallied past Tampa Bay.
Zhitnik skated past a stickless defenseman and shot past Tampa Bay goaltender Johan Holmqvist, who had shut out the Thrashers for two periods.
Flames 4, Oilers 1
In Calgary, Alberta, Owen Nolan scored two goals to lead Calgary over Edmonton.
Calgary remained just a win off leadership of the Northwest Division.
Stars 6, Blues 2
In Dallas, the home side beat St. Louis to extend its winning streak to six games.
