Inter Milan boss boasts about strength of squad

Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini has been boasting about the strength in depth of his squad ahead of tomorrow's crucial trip to Juventus.

The reigning Serie A and Serie B champions go head-to-head for the first time since Juve earned promotion back to the top flight last season.

But despite the impressive start to their campaign, Juve will have their work cut out in matching Inter, the league pacesetters who have a four-point lead over their hosts.

And Mancini believes his side are the best in the league.

"We have five very talented strikers and in defense a few more players than the other Serie A sides. We have a great squad," he said.

Juve Claudio Ranieri believes his squad is primed to tackle the champions.

"Now we can focus on Inter. They have a great squad, but we will try to beat them not only for ourselves, but also to make this Serie A season even more exciting," he said.

"We will certainly give it our best shot. We know they are like a tank," Ranieri said.

If Inter win, they could deal a potentially fatal blow to Juve's title credentials by opening up a seven-point gap at the top.
