Kolo Toure scored with a diving header on Sunday to rescue Arsenal in a 1-1 draw with Bolton in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Chelsea moved into the last 16 of the competition with a 3-0 victory over League One team Nottingham Forest.

Kevin Nolan gave Bolton a 50th-minute lead at the Emirates Stadium, but Toure leveled in the 77th to force a replay at the Reebok Stadium, where the Gunners lost 3-1 in the league on Nov. 25.

Thierry Henry nearly gave Arsenal the lead in the 40th minute when his backheel was cleared off the line by Abdoulaye Meite.

Bolton then produced a slick interpassing move with Nicolas Anelka and Kevin Davies combining to set up Nolan from 10m.

After goalkeeper Manuel Almunia had raced off his line to save at Nolan's feet, the Gunners equalized in the 77th when a free kick from Cesc Fabregas found Toure unmarked at the far post and the Ivory Coast defender scored with a diving header.

"I felt we lacked sharpness in the first half, and focus. Therefore the pace of our game was too slow," Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said.

"They had a chance to kill the game off but chance-wise in the second half it was all us," he said.

Bolton manager Sam Allardyce said Almunia's save stopped his team from winning.

"It was a real shame because we were looking like we were going to hold on but didn't manage it," Allardyce said. "We scored a great goal but the turning point was the Kevin Nolan one. That would have made it 2-0 and they wouldn't have come back from that."

Strikers Andriy Shevchenko and Didier Drogba scored for Chelsea within the first 18 minutes at Stamford Bridge and midfielder John Obi Mikel added a third in the 45th.

The Blues remain on course for a possible domestic cup double, playing the Feb. 25 League Cup final against either Arsenal or Tottenham, who are level at 2-2 after the first leg of their semifinal match.

Chelsea went ahead in the ninth minute when Forest failed to clear a long throw. The ball dropped to Shevchenko, whose 10m shot hit defender John Curtis and deflected past wrong-footed goalkeeper Paul Smith.

In the 18th, Drogba curled a free kick from six meters outside the area into the top corner of the net.

The third goal came when Lampard's corner hit a Forest defender and Smith before Mikel stabbed the ball in at the far post.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho complained about the state of the Stamford Bridge playing surface.

"I think we have a new enemy -- the pitch," Mourinho said. "We changed the pitch two weeks ago and it is not good enough. It was very difficult to play good and fast football, but we played very well."

Manchester City rallied to beat League Championship team Southampton 3-1 at the City of Manchester Stadium.

Kenwyne Jones gave Southampton a 23rd-minute lead, but Darius Vassell leveled three minutes later. Joey Barton put the hosts up 2-1 in the 45th and US midfielder Da Marcus Beasley added the third in the 70th.

In a meeting of neighbors from the League Championship, West Bromwich Albion won 3-0 at Wolves to also reach the last 16. Diomansy Kamara, Kevin Phillips and Zoltan Gera scored for the Baggies.
