Hansen says Wales pose a stern threat

The All Blacks insist Wales will pose a real threat when the two sides clash in front of a packed Millennium Stadium on Saturday.

Twelve months ago, the New Zealanders crushed the Welsh 41-3, but All Blacks assistant and former Wales coach Steve Hansen said that a resurgent home side will test their hopes of picking up another easy win to add to their triumphs over England and back-to-back wins against France.

"We are all well aware that we have got a very big challenge ahead of us this week," Hansen said on arriving in the Welsh capital on Sunday.

"We don't take any notice of last year's performance against Wales. It was the year before when they had all their players on deck and there was not a hell of a lot in it," he said.

"A piece of magic by Joe Rokocoko probably won us the game. This will be another week where we have to prepare really well," Hansen said.
