In Oakland, California, Derek Fisher took a pass from Baron Davis and drove through the paint for a left-handed layup with 6.2 seconds left, and Golden State snapped a season-worst five-game losing streak by beating Boston.
After Fisher's go-ahead basket, Paul Pierce dribbled the ball off his leg on the Celtics' final possession and Davis came up with the ball.
Jason Richardson scored six of his 36 points in the final 4:12 for the Warriors. Davis had 11 points, 12 assists, five steals and four rebounds, and Troy Murphy added 17 points.
Pierce had 28 points and 12 rebounds for the sloppy Celtics, who committed 23 turnovers. Mark Blount added 21 points and eight assists.
Grizzlies 100, Lakers 99, OT
In Los Angeles, Damon Stoudamire had 25 points and nine assists, Pau Gasol added 24 points and 13 rebounds, and Memphis beat Los Angeles in overtime.
Winning for just the second time in 20 all-time games against the Lakers in Los Angeles, the Grizzlies opened overtime with a 10-2 run after never leading in regulation.
Kobe Bryant, who finished with 45 points on 13-of-37 shooting, brought Los Angeles back within one point on a layup with 24 seconds left, but he missed another layup in the waning seconds.
