Eric Lindros had a goal and an assist, and Mikael Tellqvist made 31 saves to lift the Toronto Maple Leafs over the Boston Bruins 4-1 in the NHL on Thursday.
Toronto has won three straight for the first time this season and scored two power-play goals.
"He [Tellqvist] was focused all day," Lindros said. "He faced a lot of shots in the first period, but we have a lot of confidence in him.''

Lindros and Mats Sundin broke open a 1-1 game in the third period when they scored two minutes apart. Darcy Tucker made it 4-1 with 5:27 left. Nik Antropov added a goal for the Maple Leafs.
Brad Isbister scored for Boston, which lost its fourth straight and fell to 1-1-7 against Northeast Division rivals. Bruins captain Joe Thornton went scoreless for the first time in nine games.
"I don't believe our problems are physical, it is more of a frame of mind," Bruins coach Mike Sullivan said.
Hurricanes 5, Rangers 1
At Raleigh, North Carolina, Kevyn Adams scored his first three goals of the season for his first career hat trick, Eric Staal added his 13th before leaving with an injury, and Carolina beat New York.
Martin Gerber made 28 saves as the Hurricanes won for the 11th time in 12 games and extended the best start in franchise history.
Justin Williams had a goal, and Radim Vrbata added a pair of assists.
Michael Nylander had the only goal for New York, which won the first three games of its five-game trip before dropping the final two to Toronto and Carolina.
Staal went to the locker room in the third period with a bruised back.
Sabres 8, Capitals 5
At BuffaloTaylor Pyatt recorded his second career hat trick, and Brian Campbell had two goals to help Buffalo beat Washington.
Ales Kotalik, Dmitri Kalinin and Tim Connolly also scored for the Sabres, who won their third straight at home and second overall.
Rookie standout Alexander Ovechkin had a goal and an assist, and Chris Clark, Andrew Cassels, Brian Sutherby and Ben Clymer also scored for the Capitals, who lost for the fourth time in five games.
Washington fell to 1-8 on the road.
Lightning 3, Islanders 2
At Tampa, Florida, Martin St. Louis scored a tiebreaking, rebound goal with 1:43 left, leading Tampa Bay past New York.
St. Louis was back in the lineup less than a week after breaking a bone near the tip of his left ring finger. It was first thought that St. Louis, who sat out two games, would miss two-to-four weeks.
Tampa Bay has won two of three after a six-game losing streak.
Alexei Yashin had a goal and an assist for the Islanders, who had won a season-best three straight. Robert Nilsson put New York ahead 1-0 at 5:35 of the first.
The Lightning tied it at 1 on Ruslan Fedotenko's goal with 1:28 left in the first and Brad Richards gave Tampa Bay a 2-1 lead on a second-period goal.
Senators 4, Panthers 1
At Ottawa, Daniel Alfredsson scored power-play goals 20 seconds apart midway through the third period and Ottawa extended Florida's season-high losing streak to 10 games.
Dany Heatley assisted on Alfredsson's 18th goal -- his second of the game -- to extend his point streak to 17 games.
Dominik Hasek made 31 saves, and Bryan Smolinski also scored for Ottawa.
Oilers 6, Red Wings 5, OT
At Edmonton, Alberta, Jarret Stoll scored the winning goal 33 seconds into overtime, and the Oilers pulled out a victory over Detroit.
Trailing 3-1 heading into the third period, Edmonton scored four times in the final 20 minutes on a pair of goals from Ryan Smyth, and single goals from Marc-Andre Bergeron and Ethan Moreau.
Edmonton's Shawn Horcoff tied a team record with four assists.
Brendan Shanahan brought the Red Wings to 5-4 with a power-play goal, and Steve Yzerman tied it with 2:18 in regulation.
