Dynamo was leading 1-0 when Frisk was hit by an object thrown by one of Roma's fans, forcing the referee to abandon the match.
Roma defender Philippe Mexes was also suspended for two matches for "particularly unsporting conduct," UEFA said in a statement.
The Group B games affected are against Bayer Leverkusen on Nov. 3 and Real Madrid on Dec. 8, meaning Roma will only be able to play in front of its fans again if it qualifies for the next round.
