Okocha hoping for change of fortune

FIRING BLANKS The Bolton striker has yet to score in the league, a state of affairs that has boss Sam Allardyce scratching his head and rivals thanking their lucky stars

AFP , LONDON

Everton are hoping captain Duncan Ferguson will have shaken off a hamstring injury in time for the trip to Leicester, who will be seeking to build on last week's shock win over Birmingham that lifted them out of the relegation zone.

Leicester captain Paul Dickov could return to the squad for the first time since being released on bail from a Spanish jail, where he and team-mates Keith Gillespie and Frank Sinclair were held for a week on sexual assault charges.

Sinclair is unlikely to play for the club again as his contract will not be renewed this summer while Gillespie has been a peripheral figure all season.
