In other games, Ajax overcame RBC Roosendaal 1-0 while Feyenoord Rotterdam lost at SC Heerenveen 1-0.
Ajax and Heerenveen lead the league with six points each.
Kezman, last year's league-leading scorer, has four goals in two matches this season. He scored both last week in a season-opening 2-2 draw with Roda JC Kerkrade. Mark van Bommel, Andre Ooijer, Arjen Robben, Park Ji-sung Park also scored for PSV. Tarik Sektioui scored Willem II's goal. Ajax, which drew with Austria's Grazer AK last week in Champions League qualifying and will play the return leg on Wednesday, still doesn't appear in top form. Tom Soetaers, who was acquired last week from Roda, scored Ajax's lone goal in the 35th minute. His centering pass bounced off the leg of 'keeper Maikel Aerts and into the net. Feyenoord, which lost more top players than Ajax or PSV during the offseason, has not won at Heerenveen in five years.
Gerald Sibon scored Heerenveen's goal in the 20th minute after goalkeeper Edwin Zoetebier blocked a free kick but let the ball loose at Sibon's feet. Sibon lobbed the ball into the open Feyenoord goal.
