Lehmann was not out 51 and skipper Stephen Waugh was not out 36. Both scored centuries in Australia's innings and 132-run win in the first test last week at Darwin. Bangladesh took two wickets in the middle session, removing opener Matt Hayden for 50 and dangerous No. 3 Ricky Ponting for 59. Hayden cruised to 50 off 88 balls before he was bowled by a Sanwar Hossain topspinner. Ponting stroked his half century from 70 balls, including a six and 10 boundaries, before he lofted Sanwar to long on and was caught by Mohammad Ashraful. Earlier yesterday, Australia took 13 balls to wrap up the Bangladesh innings after the tourists resumed on 8-289. Jason Gillespie removed Mashrafe Mortaza (8) with his third ball before Glenn McGrath had Tapash Baisya (25) caught behind by Adam Gilchrist.
Legspinner Stuart MacGill was the most successful bowler, returning 5-77, while Gillespie had 3-57.
