Payton and Rashard Lewis each scored 20 points, Barry had 18 and Vladimir Radmanovic came off the bench to score 11 for the Sonics, who snapped the Sixers' 10-game home winning streak and held them to 9-of-34 shooting in the second half.
Allen Iverson had 26 points, Keith Van Horn scored 24 and Eric Snow had 13 points, eight rebounds and eight assists for the Sixers, who have lost three successive games after winning eight straight.
Suns 103, Celtics 94
In Boston, Shawn Marion had 32 points and 11 rebounds, and Amare Stoudemire added 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead Phoenix to its second road victory of the season.
Antoine Walker tied a season-high of 31 points for Boston, while Paul Pierce was injured on a hard foul by Stoudemire and held to 16 points.

In Cleveland, Rookie Dajuan Wagner scored a career-high 33 points to lead Cleveland past injury-riddled Toronto.
Wagner scored 14 points in the third quarter as Cleveland took control, turning a 46-44 deficit into a 74-67 lead. The Cavaliers opened the fourth quarter with a 18-6 run, holding Toronto without a field goal for the first four minutes.
Pistons 91, Hawks 80
In Auburn Hills, Michigan, Richard Hamilton scored a season-high 32 points and Cliff Robinson added a season-best 21 as Detroit avenged a two-point loss last weekend in Atlanta.
The Pistons also got 16 points from Corliss Williamson and 18 rebounds from Ben Wallace.
The Hawks, led by 21 points from Shareef Abdur-Rahim and 15 from Jason Terry, have lost five successive games on the road. They've won just two of 11 away from Atlanta this season.

In East Rutherford, New Jersey, Jason Kidd had 27 points and 12 assists as the New Jersey beat Portland.
Richard Jefferson added 22 points, and career-highs of 15 rebounds and seven assists, while Rodney Rogers made a big steal with 8.1 seconds to play as the Nets won their sixth straight home game and 11th in 12 meetings.
Ruben Patterson came off the bench to score a season-high 26 points for Portland, which had a three-game overall winning streak and a three-game road winning streak snapped.

In Memphis, Tennessee, Jason Williams returned from a three-game absence to score five of his 16 points in the final 36 seconds of Memphis' win over Denver.
Williams' 3-pointer in the final 35.2 seconds tied the game, 93-93.
Pacers 126, Bucks 119, OT
In Milwaukee, Jermaine O'Neal matched his season high with 30 points, including four in overtime, Jamaal Tinsley scored 21 and Reggie Miller 20 as Indiana beat Milwaukee.
Ron Artest had 12 points, including three in overtime for the Pacers.
Indiana had lost three of its previous four meetings on a six-game road trip.
Ray Allen had 26 points before fouling out with 16.3 seconds remaining in overtime. Sam Cassell added 25 and Tim Thomas had 19 for the Bucks, who lost for the fourth time in five games.
Spurs 111, Mavericks 104
In San Antonio, Tony Parker scored a career-high 32 points, including seven free throws in the final minute as San Antonio beat Dallas.
The loss was only the third in 22 games this season for the Mavericks, who played without leading scorer and rebounder Dirk Nowitzki (sprained ankle).
