    Typhoon disrupts transportation

    The double eye of Typhoon Sepat is pointed out on a weather chart yesterday. At 8:30 pm last night, the maximum wind speed near the center of the typhoon was measured at 184kph. The Central Weather Bureau cautioned that gusts of up to 227kph and more rain are expected today.
