Longwang forces Chen to go to Bali

President Chen Shui-bian yesterday visits Bali's Arts and Culture Village during his unscheduled stopover en route to Taiwan from Abu Dhabi. Chen was forced to stop in Bali because Typhoon Longwang shut Taiwan's airports.
