Jaws junior
On Sept. 18, a white fin shark (triaenodon obesus) gave birth at the Taipei Aquarium, marking Taiwan's first successful shark birth in captivity. A second baby shark was born to the same mother on Sept. 20 and she continues with her labor, which may ultimately produce up to four offspring.
