A matter of rights

Members of the Military Human Rights Promotion Association put on a skit at the General Headquarters of the ROC Air Force in Taipei, to protest against the military's allegedly forcing confessions from three soldiers in a weapons-theft case. The association claims that the soldiers were forced to sit partially naked on blocks of ice to coerce the confessions.Feb 20, 2000
