Chen said the central government will allocate NT$2.8 billion to finance an employment project put forth by the Council of Labor Affairs, which is expected to benefit 20,000 earthquake victims.
Meanwhile, Chen said that the Council of Agriculture's "quake zones landscape reconstruction" project is expected to create 300 job openings for quake victims in the Chungliao area.
