Women's group says marriage is far from ideal

Custody of children was the only part in the divorce law that was recently amended.

Last year, amendments were passed to ensure that custody goes to the party which can best serve the interests, as judged from social workers' inspection reports, of the children. In the past, custody had been mostly awarded to the father.
