Meet Kathleen the mouse and Mark the elephant. Kathleen is very brave and likes adventure, but Mark is very shy and scared of many things. But friends stay together, so Mark follows Kathleen wherever she goes. Sometimes they get into some very sticky situations.


Elephant pileup 撞成一團的大象

Mark and Kathleen were sipping on lassis under a banyan tree in Nepal when a stout Scottish man dripping with sweat ran over to them.

"Today is the World Elephant Polo Championship, and one of my team's elephants has come down with a case of diarrhea," the man said. "Will you please sub for him?"

"I'm not really the athletic type," Mark said.

"Come on Mark, it'll be fun," Kathleen said. "I'll be your rider."

"Great!" the Scottish man said. "Let's go."

The three went to the pitch. Mark started to tremble when he saw how big the other elephants were. The Scottish man and Kathleen both hopped on top of Mark.

Looking at Kathleen, the Scottish man said, "You're going to have to tell Mark where to go, and I'll take the mallet. The match is starting, so let's go!"

Mark ran onto the pitch. The Scottish man hit the ball forward, but it was blocked by a member of the opposing team who started racing for the goal.

"We have to get back on defense!" the Scottish man shouted.

Kathleen directed Mark to their goal. They looked up and saw three enormous elephants from the opposing team charging straight at them…
