A: Can you take a look at this e-mail for me? Things seem a bit dire.

B: Let me see. They say your e-mail was impolite, and they’re so angry they don’t want to work with us anymore.

A: But I just sent out a standard default e-mail. There weren’t any problems when I sent it to the other clients.

B: It takes all sorts. Write more carefully next time you get this type of client.

A:請幫忙看一下這封e-mail,事情有點嚴重。

B:我看看……對方說你的e-mail口氣有點沒禮貌,氣得不想跟我們合作了。

A:但這次的內容是例稿,以前mail給其他客戶都沒事的呀?

B:一樣米養百樣人,下次碰到這種客戶,e-mail的措詞要更小心喔。
