A : Did you see the e-mail about the meeting yet?

B : Oh no, we’re having a meeting again? Didn’t we just have a budget meeting the day before yesterday?

A : The director of accounting is out of the country next week, so we’re holding next week’s meeting a little earlier.

B : Well, I’ll have to get the report ready for the meeting then.

A : 你看到那封會議通知的email了嗎？

B : 天啊！又要開會？不是前天才開過預算會議嗎？

A : 因為下禮拜財務部經理不在台灣，臨時決定把下禮拜的開會時間提前。

B : 那我得先來整理下次開會要用的報告內容。
