Hungarian Norman Varga has begun a quest to run the length of 50 marathons in 50 days and arrive in London in time for the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games.
Varga is a 25-year-old former cage fighter who is not new to pain and suffering. At 16, he nearly lost his arm when he was pushed under a tram.
He will cover 1,996km from Budapest to London to draw attention to the importance of supporting young people.

Varga runs a foundation in his native Budapest district of Csepel dedicated to helping youth develop a healthy lifestyle and support their goals in education, science and art.
Varga’s journey began on June 2. It will take him to Slovakia, Austria, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands before reaching London on July 27.

他將從布達佩斯到倫敦路跑一九九六公里,以引起世人注意到支持年輕人的重要性。
瓦嘉在故鄉布達佩斯的卻貝爾區經營一個基金會,致力協助年輕人發展健康的生活方式,並支持他們達成教育、科學與藝術的目標。
瓦嘉的行程從六月二日展開。在七月二十七日抵達倫敦前,他將跑過斯洛伐克、奧地利、德國、法國、盧森堡、比利時與荷蘭。
