B : Yeah. I mainly wanted to observe their immediate reactions.
A : Why?
B : Because they will need to face fastidious clients in the future, even ones that badger them. If we find someone who handles pressure well they’ll last longer.
A : 我剛看你在面試新人的時候，態度好嚴肅、問題好犀利喔！
B : 對呀，我主要是想觀察他們的臨場反應。
A : 為什麼？
B : 他們未來經常要面對挑剔的客戶，甚至被刁難，找到抗壓性高的人才做得久！
