A : None of your previous work experience is social work-related. Why did you come here for an interview?

B : I’d like to challenge myself, helping disadvantaged groups as a social worker.

A : We don’t make much, and it’s not easy work. Can you accept that?

B : Yes. I’ll do my best to learn.
