A : Mr. Zhang, have the 30 telephones your company ordered arrived yet?

B : Yes. We received them yesterday, but we discovered they don’t work after they were installed.

A : I’m not sure why that would happen, but we’ll send a technician over right away to see what’s wrong.

A : 張先生，請問貴公司下訂的30組電話機，已經送達了嗎？

B : 有，昨天收到了。但是安裝之後，竟然不能使用？

A : 怎麼會這樣？我們立刻派專人過去了解。
