Meet Kathleen the mouse and Mark the elephant. Kathleen is very brave and likes adventure, but Mark is very shy and scared of many things. But friends stay together, so Mark follows Kathleen
wherever she goes. Sometimes they get into some very sticky situations.

Flowers are pretty, but are they friendly? 花兒很美，但它們友善嗎？
Mark came home one day near the end of April and saw Kathleen sitting on a chair in the lawn.
“What are you so happy about?” he asked. Kathleen had a big smile on her face.
“You know the saying ‘April showers bring May flowers’? Well it rained almost every day last month, so tomorrow I’m expecting bunches of beautiful flowers in the garden.”
“We’ll see, but I don’t expect tons of flowers to suddenly grow overnight. Right now I only see leaves and buds.”
The next day Kathleen and Mark woke up early and went to their garden. It was full of beautiful lilies, roses and orchids.
“Wow, look at all these great flowers!” Mark shouted. He was really surprised.
The two walked around and inspected the garden. Kathleen was happy because it was the most flowers she had ever had at one time in the garden.
As they turned their backs to the garden and began to head inside for breakfast, Mark said, “We’ll be able to pick some of them for a Mother’s Day bouquet.”
Suddenly a lily wrapped itself around Mark’s leg, an orchid smacked him in the face and a rose scratched his trunk with its thorns…

四月底的某天，馬克回家後看到凱薩琳坐在草坪上的一張椅子上。
他問：「妳為什麼這麼開心啊？」凱薩琳的臉上掛著一個大大的笑容。
「你知道『四月的雨讓五月的花綻放』這句話嗎？上個月幾乎天天在下雨，所以我期待明天花園中開滿美麗的花朵。」
「明天就知道了，但我不認為大片花海會在一夜內綻放，現在我只看到綠葉和花苞。」
隔天，凱薩琳和馬克一早醒來就跑到花園去，花園裡開滿了美麗的百合、玫瑰和蘭花。
馬克大喊：「哇，看看這些美麗的花朵！」他真的大吃一驚。
他們兩人在花園裡漫步並環顧四周，凱薩琳非常開心，因為這是她的花園裡第一次有這麼多花。
等到他們轉身離開花園，要進去吃早�?A馬克說：「我們可以摘一些當作母親節花束。」
忽然，一朵百合花纏住了馬克的腿，一株蘭花朝著他的臉摑了一掌，還有一朵玫瑰用它的刺劃破了馬克的鼻子...

Idea 2: Mark tries to run, but he can’t break away from the lilies. Kathleen runs and grabs some garden shears. Does she try to cut the flowers? Do the flowers attack Kathleen? Does Mark end up putting the flowers into a bouquet?
想法二: 馬克想要逃跑，但是他被百合花纏住了；凱薩琳跑去拿了一些園藝大剪刀來，她會剪斷那些花嗎？花兒們會攻擊凱薩琳嗎？馬克最後能摘得一把花束嗎？
Idea 3: Kathleen cuts away the flowers and uses them to make a bouquet. She gives the bouquet to her mom. Are the flowers still able to fight? Do they attack Kathleen’s mom? What happens to Kathleen’s garden?
想法三: 凱薩琳把花剪下，綁成一束後送給她媽媽；這些花還能攻擊別人嗎？它們會攻擊凱薩琳的媽媽嗎？凱薩琳的花園又會怎麼樣？
